This carton sealing machine uses hot melt glue to make box-closing, ideal for custom furniture, suitable for sealing low and wide cartons with precision and efficiency.

The machine body is made of strong, heavy-duty structural steel , which has been annealed to relieve stress. The gear rack is made of grinding-grade high-precision material , which has been annealed, heat – treated and hardened .
The conveying roller adopts PVC rubber hose, which is flexible and durable.
The glue spraying device automatically detects the package size and can select the glue spraying mode (dot/break/line, single line/double line).
Physically measure the length, width and height of the package, and pre-position the sealing device in advance, saving time and improving efficiency.
Add elastic devices to ensure that cartons are neatly glued and the sealing effect is guaranteed.
The carton sealing machine can be used alone or in combination with a packaging line, and its use is flexible and varied.

Carton Bonding Principles
- Optional for glue spraying mode --- Single / double glue path (sectional spraying, interval spraying)

Pre-positioning Structure
- Measure the package dimensions accurately

Through-type Guidance and Pressure Holding
- Glue spraying and guiding are carried out simultaneously without stopping the package
- Add elastic device to make the glue and carton bond more firmly
- Powered pressing on carton end faces --- to prevent rebound of carton flaps
Short Side Front and Rear Sealing Mechanism
- Reciprocating glue spraying according to the width of the carton
