This carton cutting machine, also referred to as a box making machine, is the main structure in a packaging line. The carton cutting machine is designed to produce perfectly sized and creased cardboard pieces for packaging. It handles cutting, scoring, and creasing tasks with precision, turning flat sheets of corrugated cardboard into ready-to-assemble boxes that fit your product’s exact specifications. Features
The machine body is made of strong, heavy-duty structural steel , which has been annealed to relieve stress. The gear and rack is made of grinding-grade high-precision material, which has been annealed, heat – treated and hardened.
Disc flat knives instead of saw blades for extra long service life.
Dust-free creasing and cutting, no vacuum system required.
Smooth corrugated board edge after cutting.
