The roller line in front of the machine is equipped with automatic side-stepping device and automatic plate-feeding device to realize the operation without manual plate laying, thus greatly improving the processing efficiency. It is also equipped with different multi-blade saw machine to meet the needs of different types of production.
The automatic unloading machine can realize automatic collection of materials after plate laying through the photoelectric eye. Without manual collection of plates, it can efficiently saving labor, saving up to the workload of 2 persons.
Through PCL system control, the automatic feeding scraper can realize automatic feeding and scraping, thus efficiently saving labor, saving up to the workload of lifting plate by 3 persons.
Automatic and Efficient Longitudinal / Transverse Multi Blade Saw Production Line


The efficient longitudinal/ transverse multi blade saw production line can realize the longitudinal processing of the large plate (size: 2440mm * 1220mm), opening it into two parts (or opening it into three parts).
And then, conduct transverse processing on both sides simultaneously through the efficient conveying line. It is suitable for processing of wood floor and cracking notch, and cutting of laminated wood or blank wood plate with a fixed width.
